A rare photo of the team at our client event last Saturday at Prigel creamery. We almost had everyone there for the shot. (We miss you Yorleen!) I'm so darn proud of this group. They've worked tirelessly in this unusually difficult market advocating, counseling, and succeeding for their clients. I can't say enough about how genuinely wonderful these people are to their core. Grateful was my word for 2023. I'm grateful for each of them and lucky as well. 🙏

Our last two days in California were spent in San Francisco. We rented bikes and rode over the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito and back. I kept stopping for photos, it was so beautiful!

Happy settlement day for these buyers! We had to compete with 7 other offers. We weren't to top offer but we were the BEST and now these wonderful people own their first home. I couldn't be happier for them.

This one brought so much joy to my heart. My buyer had some hiccups but with the hard work of Barry Diggins with Cazle Mortgage and Dan Radebaugh from R&P Settlement, we were able to get keys 🔑 🏡.
I couldn't have asked for nicer buyers either. Thank you Kim and David for being wonderful to work with. You guys are special and so is your new home.
