🐐 This month's Office GOAT goes to Olivia Yost!

Olivia does it all. Beyond being the Cole Jones TC, she works tirelessly on David's deals and jumps in wherever the Team needs her, whether it's sign design, onboarding, systems, or anything in between.

Recently she updated all of their dotloop forms to keep to keep them compliant, and she consistently takes the time to coach new agents and consult with others who need a hand. She even gave her time to the Rensing Team, walking them through the IL systems and sharing forms, emails, and everything they needed to hit the ground running.

And through all of that, she's still a rockstar in her own business, delivering amazing customer service and hosting Team Open Houses.

Olivia, thank you for everything you do and for being the kind of teammate who lifts the whole office up. You're a true GOAT! 🐐

Welcome to the Team, Alicia Franck! 🎉

Elevate Illinois Realty is thrilled to welcome Alicia Franck to our team, serving clients throughout Southern Illinois and the Metro East!

Alicia has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2018 and is the founder of the Franck Realty Team, bringing a strategic, systems-driven approach to every transaction. Before real estate, she served alongside the U.S. military in Communications and Distribution and spent over a decade in retail sales and management, experience that shaped her sharp organizational skills and genuine dedication to client care. She later stepped into executive leadership at one of Southern Illinois' largest real estate companies, where she coached agents and built growth initiatives before launching her own team.

A few fun facts about Alicia: she holds a degree in Marine Biology and Biochemical Engineering, has lived in or traveled to more than 10 countries, and is fluent in American Sign Language!

When asked what she loves most about working with clients, Alicia shared:

"As someone who moved a lot when I was younger, I understand the importance of planting roots. I love helping clients not just find the right home for their needs but also helping educate them on the legacy it can leave for their loved ones, whether it be an additional homestead or a financial gain."

We also asked her about her market area, and here's what she had to say:

"The Metro East Market is as vast and diverse as the people who live there! That is one of the most exciting aspects of real estate in this area. You can find historic homes all the way to modern new builds."

Her guiding principle? Work with integrity. It's a value that shows up in everything she does, from mentoring fellow agents to negotiating for her clients.

Outside of work, Alicia is a proud mom of four energetic boys, and life is never short on sports practices, school events, and outdoor adventures. That same organization and follow-through she brings to her family shows up in how she shows up for her clients too, always putting people first.

Jenny is joining the Cole Jones Group / Elevate Illinois Realty Team, and she's making her comeback to real estate after a 3 year break. We're so glad she chose Elevate IL for round two!

Before real estate, Jenny spent her career as a Customer Relations Manager with a local State Farm agent, so building relationships and taking care of people is second nature to her. And that shows in how she works. Jenny loves guiding clients from the very first step of the buying journey all the way to closing day. She says handing over the keys makes her just as excited as the buyers, if not more. For Jenny, it's not just a transaction, it's the start of a forever friendship.

Her home base is Madison County, and she can't say enough good things about it. Communities that fit any budget, tons of entertainment options, and most cities sit less than 30 minutes from downtown St. Louis. Best of both worlds!

Brandon isn't just new to our team, he's been obsessed with real estate for as long as he can remember. He read all the books, ran all the numbers, and bought his first rental property at just 21 years old. Since then he's built a portfolio covering long-term rentals, short-term rentals, flips, house hacking, and the BRRRR strategy. If there's a creative way to make a deal work, chances are he's already done it.
Before real estate, Brandon served as a US Navy engineer, spent time in police work, and built a career in Electrical Automation and Control systems. So yes, he can probably fix your smart thermostat AND find you a great deal. 😄

A few fun facts about Brandon:
🏋️ He loves networking, hitting the gym, and adventuring with his kids.
🗺️ He lives for new experiences and firmly believes hidden gems beat tourist traps every time
