So many agents create listing content as if everyone on social media is shopping for a home.

Social media isn't Zillow or Redfin. It's where people decide which realtor they'll trust when the time comes to buy or sell.

When I got started in 2018, I was known as simply “the video guy.”

Fall 2026, I’ve been asked to join a panel at the Photo+Media For Real Estate Conference in Las Vegas alongside some of the top minds in real estate media to help shape what comes next.

Grateful for every agent and client who has trusted me and the team over the years.

I’ve always believed real estate media should do more than just market homes. It should help our clients build their brand, accelerate trust in the digital space, add to their value proposition with their clients and grow long-term business.

Excited to bring that perspective to Vegas this fall.
