Pre-approval. Earnest money. Contingencies. Appraisal. Escrow. Closing costs.

You don’t need to know it all before you start the process — that’s what I’m here for. 🤍

I put together a quick cheat sheet of some of the terms you’ll hear most often when buying a home.

And if there’s a real estate term you’ve heard that makes you think “Wait… what does that actually mean?” — send it my way! I’m always happy to explain. 🏡
