Every once in a while, I need the reminder that life isn’t built around the homes I sell—it’s built around the life that happens because of them.

It’s morning coffee at your favorite spot in Glenwood Springs. Weekend hikes with your family. Bike rides through the Glenwood Canyon. Friday nights on the patio with friends. Cheering on your kids. Knowing the owners of your favorite local shops by name. Watching another Colorado sunset that never gets old.

As a wife, a mom, a daughter, a friend—and a local Realtor—I know that home is so much bigger than four walls.

That’s why I don’t just help people buy houses in the Roaring Fork Valley. I help them find the community, the lifestyle, and the place that truly feels like home. Because when your lifestyle fits, the house usually does too.

If you’re ready to find a home that fits the life you want to live here in Glenwood Springs, Carbondale, or the Roaring Fork Valley, I’d love to help. Send me a message.

Part 2️⃣. . . What you have been waiting for 🙌

40 private acres in R***e, Colorado.

A log home — 2,880 square feet, four bedrooms, two bathrooms.

And within minutes of the property, over 25,000 acres of BLM and national forest.

This isn’t a backyard.

This is a gateway.

If you’ve been looking for real space — not just square footage — this is worth a conversation.

There are exactly three neighborhoods in the Roaring Fork Valley where doctors, families, and serious buyers all want the same thing — and 4 Mile Ranch is at the top of that list.

Two-plus acres of privacy. Unobstructed views of Red Mountain and the river. And 3,000 square feet that actually flows the way you would live.

Four bedrooms. A private office. Real storage — because mountain life comes with gear.

Out back, there’s a fire pit for cool fall evenings, a grilling area that gets used year-round, and enough space for your kids to run and your dog to roam or . . .just breathe.

The craftsmanship here is the kind you notice after you move in — the way the doors close, the quality of the finishes, the flow from room to room. This isn’t a spec flip. This is a home someone built to last.

4 Mile Ranch doesn’t come available often.

The owner didn’t mention the views. Or the timber. Or the four bedrooms.

They said: freedom 🇺🇸

The ability to walk out the door and just go.

And within minutes of the property, you have access to over 25,000 acres of public land!

Gods Country 🙏🏻

Aspen Glen doesn’t need a sales pitch.

The river is right there. The mountains are right there. The community — the actual neighbors, the pace of life, the feeling when you pull through the gate — that does the talking.

This is one of those neighborhoods I take every serious buyer through. Not because I have to. Because once they see it, they understand what the Roaring Fork Valley actually offers at this level.

If you’ve been thinking about what life could look like down here — I’d love to show you around.

Most homes in this valley are already someone else’s story. This one is still blank.

New Construction at Aspen Glen.

You pick the finishes. You decide how it all comes together. The bones are already there — 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2,570 square feet, a main-floor primary suite, and Mt. Sopris holding the view from the covered patio.

The mudroom is built for the way people actually live here. Skis, bikes, river gear — all of it has a place.

And the neighborhood? Aspen Glen is one of the most complete communities in the valley. Gated. Private fishing on the Roaring Fork. Jack Nicklaus golf. Pickleball, tennis, a fitness center, a clubhouse restaurant.

This is the rare kind of home where you get to write what comes next — whether that’s full-time, part-time, or the beginning of something new here.
