Coastal Development Company was established by Daniel Palkovic and is based out of Gloucester, VA. Daniel’s previous career in the construction field gave him the opportunity to build over 250 residential homes in various housing developments on the Peninsula. He went on to establish his own business to provide new construction homes, remodels, and work with investors to build spec homes. Since th

en, we have grown to developing land for large construction projects, building out commercial offices, erecting pre-engineered steel buildings, and so much more. We are proud of the Coastal Development Company team that we have built and the machinery we have acquired to deliver high quality service on all our projects.

Our Coastal Team crossing the finish line of making the final tie into a 20’ deep manhole. There was a lot of dedication that went into this part of the project. Running sand and water, constant pumping, and 15’ deep the whole way.

The true dedication and skills are shown from the team making the tap. They are like surgeons inside and outside the manhole for hours. Awesome work guys!
