Another special sale! 615 St. Paul was my dad’s office building and the very first place I worked after graduating college. Getting to come full circle and help him with the sale made this closing especially meaningful. 🤍

This closing was an extra special one.
These buyers are lifelong friends of mine, and I was so honored to help them through this process. We spent most of the year searching for the right house, and when this one came along, it just felt like the perfect fit.

I’m so grateful they trusted me to help guide them through such a big chapter of their lives. Not only am I so happy for them as my clients, but even more excited for them as my friends.

Should you wait to buy a home? 🤔

I've been asked this question a few times, and my answer is probably not what people expect.

Sometimes I do recommend waiting.

If buying a home would stretch your budget too thin, waiting can be the smartest decision.

But if you're financially prepared and the payment works for your budget, trying to time the market perfectly can keep you waiting indefinitely.

Instead of asking, "is it the right time to buy?", try: "is it the right time for me to buy?"

The answer is different for everyone and that's okay. If you're not sure where you stand, I'm always happy to help you weigh your options without any pressure.
