After two decades of living in the Phoenix area, I feel that I’ve earned the title of “local.” Along with that title comes a tremendous amount of industry knowledge based on experience. I’ve been through the best of times, and the worst of times out here, and guided by that knowledge, I have been able to help my clients sell for top dollar in less time and with less stress. I have been in new home sales as well as resale, earning top honors in both sales and customer service. Some of my greatest personal strengths are the relationships I have built over the last twenty years out here. I grew up in a small town in Missouri (if the movie ‘Footloose’ comes to mind, you’re not far off—it was based in a nearby town). I loved my childhood and the memories I made in my hometown. I loved the feeling of being connected to those around me; knowing the employees by name over at Modern Variety, saying hello, and really meaning it when you passed someone on the sidewalk.
