Today was a busy day, and while it’s easy to look at these 3 homes as transactions, that’s never really what they are.

Behind each one is a story. Months of planning, tough decisions, excitement, uncertainty, patience, and hope for what’s next. Today included a first-time homeowner and people stepping into a new chapter.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to be a small part of those moments. Helping people buy or sell a home is important, but helping them move forward into whatever comes next is what makes this work meaningful.

Feeling thankful today for the trust of some great clients and for everyone who helped get these across the finish line.

There are a lot of options when it comes to lenders right now-online, out of state, big banks. And some of them can absolutely get the job done.

But having a local lender in your corner? That’s a different level.

Someone who understands the market, communicates well, and is trusted by agents on both sides of the deal can make a big difference-especially in a competitive situation.

Huge congrats to my buyer - a first-time home buyer - on getting an offer accepted, especially with multiple offers on the table. This is a great example of what preparation does.
