The National Weather Service is forecasting heavy lake-effect snow (5–12 inches possible) with strong winds from late Saturday through Monday evening. Travel could become very difficult.

WEEKLY OPERATIONS UPDATE

After operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week since last Friday, we are finally beginning to see a slowdown in the number of driveways and properties requiring daily service.

That means our team has completed a full week of continuous operations — 168 straight hours — responding to winter conditions across our service area.

To put the past week into perspective:

• 168 hours of continuous winter operations
• 5 counties covered
• Hundreds of driveways, access roads, and properties serviced
• Countless early mornings, late nights, and long shifts

This level of coverage doesn’t happen without dedication. Our operators have worked through snow, ice, long nights, and constantly changing road conditions to keep people moving and properties accessible.

🎄 Holiday Office Update 🎄

As a 24/7 on-call business, we don’t often get many days off with our families. This year, we’re taking a little time to do just that.

📅 Our administrative office will be closed December 23rd–January 5th.

🚨 Good news:
✔️ Snow plowing will continue as needed
✔️ New plowing appointments will still be scheduled if snowfall occurs for new customers
✔️ 24/7 roadside assistance remains fully active

Administrative items (billing, estimates, emails, etc.) will be handled when office operations resume on January 6th.
