Reason #184,027 to get a home inspection before buying a home. Found this leak today in the upstairs bathroom at the showerhead. Water was leaking and going behind the wall, down through the floor and was exiting through the kitchen ceiling next to a light fixture. ⚡️!! 😳 Yikes!

When buying a home, it is absolutely vital to know what's happening inside the crawlspace.
How much time have you spent in a crawlspace? Do you know what to look for?
That's why it's equally important to hire a qualified, independent inspector to give you an honest and unbiased assessment of the conditions.
Call or send us an email for all of your residential inspection needs!
