The 9-5 grind isn’t right.

By the time you’ve made your paycheck you’ve missed out on time with your children only to think.

“Damn, how time flies”.

It doesn’t fly.

You just weren’t there.

This is the birth of me chasing the 4 hour work day.

- 30 min walk

Keep these things a priority and see your mood change.

How to make your child your best friend according to an ancient Indian philosopher Kauthalya:

1 - Till age 5 just pamper and love them with unconditional love.

2 - At the age of 6 to 15 teach them strict discipline and etiquette.

3 - From 16 onwards you need to be able to relate to them & always be a friend- this way they will be comfortable to share anything and everything with you.

Shadow work:

Looking at the parts of ourselves that we’ve put in our dark closet and slowly taking them out to the light.

Once they are out, we explore them deeply so we can figure out why we act in certain ways that we might not like of ourselves (Our bad patterns).

Slowly we can heal from them until they can be a part of our conscience personality.
