🇳🇴✨ SOMETIMES THE BEST LITTLE DREAMS START WITH A ROLLING PIN… ✨🇳🇴

Long before there was a sign that said Joey’s Lefse, there was just a little boy learning how to roll lefse. ❤️

These first pictures take you back to when Joey was little—rolling, learning, helping and becoming part of a Scandinavian tradition that has been passed down through generations.

Fast-forward to today… and that little boy with the rolling pin is 13 years old and getting ready to debut his very own Joey’s Lefse booth. 🇳🇴🥔

Today we’re busy making lefse, packing things up and getting everything ready. And I thought this was the perfect time to share a little bit of how Joey’s Lefse began… where it is today… and a sneak peek at a few of the things you’ll find at his booth.

Something new is coming to Whimzee! 🇳🇴❤️

We’re adding a little more Scandinavian flavor to our business, and Joey is joining in on the fun!

Joey’s Lefse is officially in the works! He’s creating his own lefse recipe and will be making and selling his lefse along with some of the Scandinavian goodies we’ll be bringing to Whimzee.

We’re pretty excited to see where this little adventure takes him — and we hope you’ll follow along!
