Grand Haven isn’t just the Downtown area - the community offers SO MUCH more than that !
Here are some of the neighborhoods we love in Grand Haven:
🏡 Centertown: The gem that’s right off the main drag, yet hidden from the crowds. It offers a fantastic lifestyle for locals to enjoy all that the city has to offer and still feel some privacy from the crowds in the summer.
🏡 The City of Grand Haven/Downtown: The City of Grand Haven is the central hub of the city. The famous boardwalk, Harbor Dr, Grand Haven State Park, and Downtown Main St make up the neighborhood.
🏡 The East End: Made up of some of the best hidden gems you’ll find in all the city. It gives off an urban vibe on a small scale. You’ll find funky locally-owned businesses and homes that are more affordable.
🏡 Northwest Historic District: This is directly North of the Downtown district and is full of intriguing historic homes. The neighborhood served as housing for the city’s early industrial, railroad, and shipping workers due to its immediate proximity to the Grand River waterfront and the south channel.
🏡 Grand Haven Township: Space, land, and lower density – this is what sets Grand Haven Township apart from The City Of Grand Haven. The homes you’ll find here contain more land and acreage, and the developments have more of a quiet suburb feel.
