Pay: $24.00–$32.00 per hour (DOE)
Location: Grand Junction, CO
Full-Time Position

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, delivers outstanding customer service, and wants to build a long-term career with a growing local company.

Professional drywall experience is REQUIRED. Applicants must have at least 3 years of professional drywall experience, including:
• Drywall repair and patching
• Tape, mud, feathering, and finishing
• Matching existing textures (orange peel, knockdown, hand texture, etc.)
• Preparing walls for paint with seamless repairs

We're also looking for experience in:
• Interior & exterior painting
• Plumbing repairs and fixture replacement
• Electrical repairs (outlets, switches, lighting, ceiling fans)
• Trim carpentry and door installation
• General property maintenance and repairs
• Basic troubleshooting and problem solving

Qualified applicants must have:
• A clean driving record
• Clean criminal history
• Their own tools
• Reliable transportation

🚨 ATTENTION FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE USERS 🚨

There is NO Colorado law that limits residential security deposits to one month's rent.

We've seen a lot of comments and posts claiming landlords cannot require a 2x rent security deposit. That information is incorrect.

The confusion appears to come from early drafts of HB 25-1249. Initial versions of the bill included a proposed limit on security deposits. However, that provision was removed before the bill passed.

The version signed into law by Governor Polis does NOT limit security deposits to 1x rent.

Before arguing with landlords, property managers, or other housing providers, please read the actual law—not AI summaries, old news articles, or Facebook comments.
