I was asked to do some work on a property that was inspected by another company here in the Valley. These are just three things out of many that were not in the inspection report. How an inspector could miss these critical items blows my mind. All three are health and safety issues and should of be on the executive summary!! You can see what the first two photos are, but the third one was crazy! Cats were living in between the protective insulated tarp and the flooring in this pre manufactured house. As you can see the trap was so full of cat 💩 and so heavy, that it was pulling away from the floor supports. If the inspector would have caught the last issue, they would of never bought the house. Everytime the furnace kicked on the house had a very overpowering unpleasant odor!! @ Mesa County, Colorado

What a beautiful morning for an inspection! The Sun hit the morning dew drops just perfect on this pergola, to make a spectacular shot! Sometimes it's hard to stay focused on an inspection, when Mother Nature is showing off!! Have a fabulous Sunday my friends!!

Will the home inspector group you recommend for your client on a new construction know the difference between a great Stucco job and a unfinished job? This new construction is one of the worst jobs I have seen. This contractor is truly cutting corners everywhere he can. The home has only the first coat of the stucco process, and a very poor job at that. Believe me my friends it just got worse as we inspected the whole house. This contractor got very hot under the collar, when we called out many areas of poor quality and workmanship on this house and on another one of his new constructions. ALWAYS GET AN INSPECTION DONE, and never take for granted a new construction is done right!! This contractor even stalked us in his company truck at my home!!!
We inspect each home, like we are going to buy it, and isn't that what you want for your clients. Word of mouth is the best tool that you can have, than any advertising you do for your business!!

I was reasonly doing some repairs on a home, and was talking with the home owner. We got on the topic of radon. He asked me if it was a joke. Stating he had talked to a few people that told him, all you really have to do is open your windows to air it out. This can help with the TVOC's fumes, but not for radon gas.
We do use the state of the art AirThings unit to test all of our clients homes! Our price for a test without a home inspection is $150.00, but with this being Radon Awareness Month, we are offering to test your home for only $100.00. It's a small price to paid for your good health my friends!!

Run across this beauty the other day. I am sure somewhere in the Basic Wiring Handbook, you will find this do it yourself wiring step by step guide. You just can't make this stuff up people🤔🤣🤣🤣😉
