So incredibly grateful to be a part of the KFFR 88.3 FM family!!!!!! What a summer it has been!

SUN, RAPIDS, TUNNEL SPEECHES & BROAD-DAYLIGHT MOONS! ☀️🍻✨

After a long... hard... event-packed... intense... wait, what were we talking about again? 🥴

Oh right! How much we ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS SUMMER and what an incredible time we had with all of you, Grand County! 🏔️❤️

All jokes, sweat, and crazy schedules aside, it was a summer for the history books. So after wrapping up our annual DJ Party and other things, the KFFR Staff, members of our Board of Directors, and their partners packed up and hit the river for our official staff retreat day! 🌊🛶

We had a total blast navigating duckies and rafts, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the water. There was a short hike to an old tunnel where our Executive Director led the crew deep into the pitch black... with zero flashlights and zero warning. Honestly, it was starting to feel a little too much like the opening scene of a horror flick... until he broke out into a genuinely lovely speech about how inspirational KFFR’s growth has been! (He really is a great boss, y'all! 😅👏)

We tossed frisbees on the riverbanks, dogs doggy-paddled, and the team downed some well-deserved cold beers while running a rapid or two. And we’ll just politely gloss over the "moons" in their full, unedited glory flashing the passing trains in broad daylight... ahem! 🚂🍑👀

It was a perfect day celebrating community radio, and a loud HUZZAH for another stellar season! Onto new chapters and even better memories.

Thank you, Grand County, for giving us the greatest jobs on earth and the deepest connections to our volunteers, community members, musicians, artists, and this unreal landscape we call home. Cheers to YOU! 🥂📻💚

Constitution Week hired me to provide a grazing table for them at their Meet & Greet Event with Jeffrey Rosen!! It was a wonderful evening!!!

Yesterday I had the privilege of catering Constitution Weeks keynote speaker meet and greet with Jeffrey Rosen at The Westcott. 🇺🇸
I went for a huge fall themed grazing spread which turned out beautiful. Hot items included a Smoked Elote Dip, my famous Jalapeño Poppers and mini chicken pot pies 🥧.

We also had a DIY Mocktail Station with 3 seasonal drinks accompanied by a rimmer option and garnish.

I was a busy little bee and didn’t have much time to capture the spread. Tried to grab a few before the masses started to come in. A photographer was present so I’m hoping to get some of those shots to post later.

What a weekend!!!!!!! Started Friday off with Break Signals at the KFFR 88.3 FM studio. Then we headed to Rockies in Grand Lake for an epic double set with Break Signals where the crowd was dancing 💃 the night away!!

Saturday was all about my bridal couple!!! They hired me as day of coordinator at an absolutely stunning property the RiverSong Reunion Lodge in Grand Lake. It sits right on the river and is the perfect space for a small wedding or event!!! The weather played with us all afternoon but in the end it became an absolutely magical evening. Mother Nature cooperated and put on a beautiful pink sunset show. RiverSong Reunion Lodge Weddings
