HAPPY NEW YEAR!

We've had a busy couple of months! In addition to selling our first investment property, we added a human and a garage to our home and are in the process of completing our indoor renovation finally!

What do these changes mean for our existing business?! We still do short and long term rentals on our properties and would love to take on managing YOUR properties if that's something you're interested in. Do you have a spare bedroom? Liveable basement? Vacation home? We can manage everything including guest communications, cleaning and repairs, allowing to sit back and bring in the money while we do everything else.

What are we up to in the future?! TBD! As you know, we are interested and engaged in real estate, rennovations (license coming soon!) and even have our eyes on product development. You'll just have to come along side us and see where the future takes us! My guess is Freddy will finally have to start working on someone else's properties, so if you have home projects you're thinking of, think of us.
