Yesterday, I talked about the Home & Garden Show and helping clients decide if renovations are the right fit before selling. Well… turns out, I got to do exactly that!
Right after that post, I ended up at Lowe’s with a client picking out carpet for their home before it hits the market. They showed me a Berber carpet, and I was like, Nope! Let’s look at something better.
😂Funny enough, I was still in my tennis clothes from playing with Sawyer, but hey—real estate doesn’t wait! 🏡🎾
