At seven stories tall, the RE/MAX Hot Air Balloon grabs attention wherever it flies. First introduced at the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta in 1978, the balloon perfectly represented the RE/MAX network’s “Above the Crowd” commitment to quality. Today, the nearly 120 RE/MAX Hot Air Balloons in operation comprise the largest fleet on the planet. A legacy that will always rise. 🎈

This week, the RE/MAX family lost Gail Liniger, co-founder of RE/MAX and the woman behind a vision that forever changed real estate.

We honor Gail as we take flight over Bellaire this weekend. That balloon has become a symbol of the dream Gail helped create, and a reminder of the impact one bold idea can have.

Thank you, Gail, for helping us reach higher.

🎈 Festival season wraps up in Bellaire! 🎈

The RE/MAX of Michigan Balloon Events Team is excited to make our way north to Balloons Over Bellaire for another beautiful weekend of ballooning.

Northern Michigan provides an incredible backdrop for hot air balloons, and we can't wait to join fellow pilots, crews, and festival attendees for a weekend filled with colorful skies and great memories. We're looking forward to celebrating the close of another amazing festival season with all of you.

🎈📚 BACK TO SCHOOL JUST GOT A LITTLE MORE MAGICAL!

Yesterday, families in Flushing stepped inside the RE/MAX balloon for a back-to-school experience filled with smiles, excitement and a little bit of balloon magic! 🎈✨

And when they stepped back out, the team at Remax Town and Country was ready to send students off with some school-supply essentials. A huge thank you to those agents for showing up for their community and helping make the start of a new school year feel extra special!

And guess what… we’re not done yet! 🎈

Later today, the RE/MAX balloon is making its next stop in Otisville for another back-to-school celebration. We’ll see you there! 👋🎈

🍎🎈 Celebrating the teachers who make a difference!

This morning, we had the privilege of bringing a little extra appreciation to the incredible teachers at Lake Fenton High School with a Teacher Appreciation Balloon Walk! ❤️

The team at RE/MAX Platinum-Fenton showed up with plenty of support and love for the teachers who give so much to their community. There were lots of smiles, a few special moments and memories made that will last long after the balloon came down.

Thank you, to all teachers, for everything you do! And a special shoutout to the RE/MAX Platinum team for helping make this morning so special. 🎈❤️

There’s nothing quite like seeing Michigan from a whole new perspective! 🎈✨

These two passengers took to the skies for a beautiful balloon flight over Holland, and judging by the smiles after landing, it was an experience they won’t soon forget. From peaceful views above the city to plenty of laughs back on the ground, this flight was full of memories from start to finish.

A perfect Michigan evening took flight in Rockford! ❤️🤍💙

Yesterday's balloon flight gave our passengers a chance to experience West Michigan from a whole new perspective. Before liftoff, they gathered with pilot Jody Leatherberry and the iconic RE/MAX hot air balloon then soared into the beautiful summer sky.

One of our favorite moments? Seeing a young fan proudly holding her RE/MAX balloon squishy alongside the real balloon. 💙 Sometimes the smallest moments leave the biggest impressions and remind us why we love sharing the magic of hot air balloons with communities across Michigan.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for an unforgettable evening in Rockford, with special shoutout to RE/MAX United for helping us on the ground. We hope the memories will last long after the balloon touched back down!

What a fantastic weekend at the Midland Area River Days Festival! 🎈❤️

From watching the RE/MAX hot air balloon soar over Midland, to seeing the community come together downtown to watch the baskets glow, every moment was a reminder of what makes this event so special. We were even surprised with an incredible handcrafted RE/MAX balloon creation from a talented local business—a thoughtful gift that will be treasured!

A huge thank you to the Midland Area River Days Festival for inviting us to be part of another wonderful weekend, to the amazing community of Midland for always making us feel so welcome, and to the incredible crew from REMAX of Midland for volunteering their time and helping make it all happen.
