If you've been waiting for interest rates to come down before buying a home, here's where things currently stand:
🔹 30-Year Fixed: ~6.53%
🔹 15-Year Fixed: ~5.87%
🔹 FHA 30-Year: ~6.10%
🔹 VA 30-Year: ~6.10%

While rates are still higher than many buyers would like, we're seeing plenty of buyers successfully purchase homes by negotiating seller concessions, utilizing down payment assistance programs, or planning to refinance in the future if rates improve.

Remember, the interest rate you receive will depend on several factors including:

✅ Down Payment
✅ Loan Type

Grand Rapids city pools and splash pads open June 6th, and one of these pools is located right in my neighborhood at Richmond Park here on the NW side of Grand Rapids. It's one of our family's favorite spots to cool off during the summer. ☀️

Yesterday I had a special helper along for the ride. ❤️

Ari spent the day with me while I dropped off thousands of real estate flyers throughout the NW Grand Rapids and Rockford areas. He helped load mailers, ride along, and keep me company while I worked.

Of course, our first stop was the car wash. 😂 If we leave the house, Ari insists we go through the car wash before anything else. At this point, it's basically part of the daily routine.

Later, while we were at the Rockford Post Office, he spotted the giant yellow duck and immediately said his famous phrase:
"Ok go wook!" 🦆

(Translation: "Okay, let's go look!")
Naturally, we had to stop and check it out.

Days like these remind me why I work so hard. Real estate gives me the opportunity to serve my clients, support my family, and make memories with them along the way.

Had a great day with my little buddy. These are the moments I'll remember long after the flyers are delivered. 💛
