It’s always an adventure. 🤪

Good news is I’m on the mend and will be much more careful addressing the landscaping moving forward. Another life lesson learned!! 😜

No outlets upstairs for a few more weeks…no problem! 😆

Electrician bumped us back, but we still made it work. With old homes (& life), you must learn to just roll with what comes.

Follow along as we renovate this 1800s farmhouse on a budget.

With old homes, you take the good with the bad. Everything is fixable though. It just takes time and patience…and money. 😆

The stucco siding has been quite the treat. Had 2 ‘stucco people’ look at it and apparently no one does that type of stucco anymore. I guess that’s what you get when working with homes over a century old!

Stay tuned as we transform all this ‘character’ into things we love. ❤️

Did we mention we love the arches? 👌😆

There’s something so charming about the character in older homes. We just can’t get enough. Our goal is to bring her back to life without losing her original charm.

Follow along to watch us breathe new life into this 1800s farmhouse. 🏠

Who doesn’t love a cozy front porch!?! One of our favorite spaces of the house! Can’t wait to transform it and sip coffee on the porch swing. ☕️😍
