Welcome to Granite Bay MHP. We welcome you to our Park.
As of January 1, 2020 we are now part of Monte Christo Communities.
Big things are happening in our Park.
A PG&E upgrade to smart meters 50amps to 100 amps. Starting in February. Following the upgrade the streets will be repaired and repaved adding additional undulations throughout to slow traffic down. New firelanes will be added back and new addresses added to the street in front of each home. We also have ideas to pave the driveways at each space.
A new office will be built to better serve our residents.
Periodically we have homes for sale. All of the homes are privately owned and occupied. We don't allow subletting so there's no rentals.
