Denton is getting a major transformation with Landmark, a 3,200-acre master-planned community from developer Hillwood. 🏗️ 🌳

The first phase includes about 750 single-family homes, and officials expect the second phase to break ground by the end of next year. The development will also bring a new H-E-B grocery store, about 900 acres of commercial space and 1,000 acres of park space.
