Before bottom, After top. This seller had already decluttered the space which was a great start! The dining room table has seen a lot of life, paint from the kids and scratches. The room felt just a little cold. All I did on this one was use my staging supplies to set the table and added a fake tree in the corner. I love a pop of greenery in my listings, it really warms up a space. This home went under contract it's first week on the market!

It’s before and after time! Before picture is on the left. I was doing a walkthrough of a house I was listing for sale for a client. It was “just a hallway” but wider than a typical hallway. I saw opportunity. Rather than it be an afterthought I wanted to take advantage of the space and the light coming in from the huge windows and show that it could be another living space. So I added a little bench with a table and staged it with a book and blanket, now it’s a reading nook, giving buyers an idea of how they could possibly use the space. It sold in 9 days!

This one really feels amazing for me on a personal note. These sellers were worried they wouldn’t be able to sell their beautiful home because of the tough market. I came in and staged the home, I marketed the home and most importantly I discussed the importance of pricing well from DAY 1. They trusted me and after a week on the market went under contract and here we are a month later and we have closed. Congratulations to my amazing clients, thank you for trusting me and I am so happy for you!
