Just closed on a beautiful cabin in Challenge, CA 🏔️✨

I had the privilege of representing the buyer, who found the perfect mountain retreat to enjoy retirement—peace, trees, and a slower pace of life 🌲🏡

This one had a longer road to the finish line than most. The buyer chose a lender they had banked with for years, and we quickly learned that not all lenders are created equal. Some have very strict guidelines that can add time, complexity, and stress to the process.

Lesson learned (and worth sharing):
👉 It pays to shop around for your mortgage.
👉 The right lender can make all the difference in a smooth, successful closing.

In the end, we got it done—and handed over the keys to a dream realized 🔑
