How do you create a multiple-offer, bidding war situation on a home that needs updating when there are over 100 similar homes on the market and many of them are still sitting?

Here’s how I did it.

This sale came down to strategy and exposure. Professional photography, a high-quality video that highlighted both the home and the surrounding area, direct marketing to local and out-of-area agents, paid ads, and placement across multiple web platforms that generated thousands of views. And that was just the foundation.

I don’t believe in putting a home on the MLS and hoping for the best. Every property deserves a thoughtful plan designed to attract the right buyers and create real competition.

This home on George Way in Alta Sierra, Grass Valley, California was such a fun one to work on, and I’m already looking forward to the next challenge. I’m expecting another offer today on a fixer property right on the boundary of Auburn and Grass Valley, and I can’t wait to share how that one unfolds.
