Two hours after giving birth I was responding to a multiple-offer deal on this home behind me.
I intended to have everything wrapped up before my sweet baby came but of course a lesson I am sure I will have to keep learning--babies don’t live on my work schedule😂

We just closed today on this home and my client sent me this email.

My log cabin was a tough one in this market, but we finally got her across the finish line and my client and I celebrated BIG on that one.

My other two sold above asking, one for $45,000 over and the other $30,000 over.

So incredibly thankful for my clients. My life is infinitely better because of the wonderful people who choose me as their Realtor.
