Fair Housing Compliance:
Posts must not contain language that excludes or prefers people based on race, color, religion, s*x, handicap, familial status, national origin, or any other protected class.
Stick to describing property features, not potential buyers or tenants.
Accuracy:
All information must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.
False or misleading claims will be removed.
