3) Experience. I've been on the buying and selling side of transactions many times. I understand the stresses from your perspective like no other agent in this market does. I have the contacts for inspectors, arborists, remediation professionals, etc. etc.! Because I've needed those contacts for myself! And I won't ever reccomend someone that I haven't used myself or know someone who have used them. The bottom line is you don't have to pick me. But I'll make sure if you do, you get the best service, professionalism and expertise in the business!
