🚨 IMPORTANT ESTATE SALE UPDATE 🚨

To our valued Tri-State Estate Specialists shoppers and clients:

Unfortunately, our estate sale scheduled for September 18th & 19th has been POSTPONED, and the sale will also be moving to a NEW LOCATION.

The Hideout community had previously approved the estate sale. However, due to concerns raised by neighbors regarding the open gate pass and parking, The Hideout has since revoked permission for us to hold the sale within the community.

We sincerely apologize to everyone who was planning to attend. We know many of you make plans around our sales, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to make alternate arrangements.

📍 The sale is NOT canceled — just postponed and relocating!

We are currently working on securing a new location and dates so that we can still bring you this great sale.

👉 STAY TUNED! We will announce the NEW DATE & LOCATION as soon as everything is finalized.

What an incredible estate sale! 💜

We want to sincerely thank everyone who came out, shopped, supported us, and helped make this sale such a huge success. We truly appreciate every customer who walked through the doors and helped us do what we love.

Unfortunately, we also need to address something very disappointing.

During the sale, someone chose to steal the money from our donation jar—money that was being collected for a nonprofit organization we proudly support and fundraise for.

This wasn't money belonging to Tri-State Estate Specialists. This was money donated by generous people specifically to help others. Taking it didn't hurt our business—it took directly from a cause that people opened their hearts and wallets to support.

We refuse to let the actions of one person overshadow the kindness we witnessed throughout this sale. For every person willing to do something like this, there are countless others who donate, support, volunteer, shop, share our posts, and help us give back. ❤️

We will continue fundraising. We will continue supporting organizations that matter to us. And we will continue putting out that donation jar—because we still believe there are far more good people in this world than bad.

To everyone who donated: thank you. Your generosity matters, and we are incredibly sorry that someone took advantage of it.

And to the person who took the money: we hope you understand that what you took was intended to help people who needed it far more than you did. You will have 24 hours to return the money before we turn over the video the police.

One person's actions will not stop us from giving back.

We are proud to announce that between your generous donations and our company we raised 1523.00 For Sheri Decker-Haydu to keep doing the amazing work she is doing saving every animal in her power she can. She is an incredible amazing beautiful woman. She spends selfless hours rescuing so many animals. Getting them homes and any medical care they need. She is an inspiration!
