🔹 Market Action Index: 32 (⬇️ from 44 – significant slowdown)
🔹 Average Days on Market: 67 (⬆️ from 35 last week)

➡️ What does this mean? The market is cooling off. More homes are available and they're sitting longer, so sellers need to price and market wisely. Buyers may start to see more leverage soon.
