Five showings, one weekend, and they found the one. 🏡✨

This one was extra special.

My sellers made the big decision to relocate out of state to be closer to family, and somewhere in the middle of inspections, appraisals, deadlines, packing, and planning a move… they also welcomed a new baby into the world. 🤍

Needless to say, this transaction came with a lot of moving pieces, but we made it to the closing table and officially got this Manitowoc home SOLD.
