Congratulations to my Sellers for going under contract this morning. We had a lot of interest in this property. After 19 showings we accepted a full price offer and negotiated some important details in the seller's favor.

Today, we closed on Holden Ln.

Not every closing calls for popping champagne and tossing out confetti. Some come with sadness, and others come with a sigh of relief to close the chapter.

When I received the frantic call that these sellers needed my assistance, I immediately sprung into action, finding a solution to help.

When they came to me, they came with disappointment in the fact that the buyers they were under contract with had pulled out one day prior to closing. They agreed to sell their home to Opendoor and were lowballed for close to $100,000.

We got their property listed in 4 days of answering their call and found the right buyers that absolutely loved this home.

There were so many moving parts to this transaction. The buyers were contingent, and as you can imagine, there were apprehensions about that, but we trusted the process.

Thankfully, the buyers found an off market buyer to purchase their home, and they moved quickly with their transaction, which made this sale of Holden Ln - move seamlessly.

Everything moved throughout the process with ease. This just reassured us that it was meant to be. Sometimes, taking the risk is worth it.

As we close the chapter on Holden, I would like to say THANK YOU to my Sellers for trusting in me to get you to the finish line. I was able to get them over $80,000 than their previous situation.

It's important who you choose to have on your side. Cheaper isn't always better, and sometimes, in the end, cheaper ends up costing you more.

It's goodbye to Holden Ln, but may your future be full of happier moments.
