I’m Rosemary Perez, a bilingual Realtor based in Wisconsin. 💙
A little about me… I didn’t get into real estate because I wanted to sell houses. I got into it because I genuinely love helping people. There is nothing better than watching someone get the keys to a home they never thought they could own, helping a family sell and move on to their next chapter, or watching an investor build generational wealth.
I also have a passion for commercial real estate and development, so whether it’s your first home, your forever home, an investment property, or a commercial project, I’m here for all of it.
