A few neighbors were discussing the rising costs of homeowners insurance of late - this brought up the question - whom is everyone using for insurance - how do they feel the rates are? Allstate, Sate Farm, Farmers, Liberty - seem to be common - seems like most are paying ~2K/year!!

Here is some additional info that might help people know we don't post ALERTS without good reason or without a trusted source.

Thanks to the GPD Sergeant for his immediate investigation of this concern and to the parents who help watch out for the bus and even follow it out of Cranberry.

I know the school bus driver was made aware of the situation and also appreciates all the extra eyes looking out for our neighborhood kids.
