Small But Mighty Studio Apartment – $1295 (Includes Heat & More!)
Available August 1st-If you're looking for a place to park your grand piano or your pet elephant, keep scrolling. But if you’re in need of a clean, cozy, and efficient two-room studio with hardwood floors and just enough space to stretch out without losing your keys, this is the one!
The layout is simple: a kitchen/dining combo with a skylight (yes, natural light!), and a second room for sleeping/living/general lounging. There’s a bathroom with a stand-up shower, off-street parking, and community coin-op laundry to keep your socks in rotation. Off street parking for 1-2 vehicles.
Located on the second floor, this apartment is best suited for a single person or a minimalist duo who likes their living spaces small and their bills predictable. Heat, water, hot water, rubbish, and snow removal are INCLUDED in the $1295/month rent. Unit is approx 350sf. I cannot hold this unit past August 1st unless rent is paid.
Pet policy: One housecat is welcome, or a dog that is suited for apartment life. Unfortunately, our building insurance doesn’t allow certain breeds, including (but not limited to) GSDs, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Dalmatians, Chow, pit bulls, Dalmatians, Husky, and wolf hybrids.
The serious part:
First month’s rent ($1295) and a security deposit ($1295) due at lease signing
1-year lease required.
Employment/income verification and credit/background checks are part of our application process.
Rent should not exceed 30% of monthly income. You need verifiable income of at least $4100 monthly.
Minimum credit score: 650ish +/-.
