In our rural, northwestern Guilford County markets of Oak Ridge/Summerfield and Stokesdale, May brought positive news for both buyers and sellers!✅😁🤝🏠

Both areas saw more new listings, higher inventory and a greater months' supply of inventory, giving prospective buyers more options to choose from.🏡🔢📈

Sellers in both areas also saw encouraging signs, with fewer days on market and increases – in both median and average sales prices.🏠📅🔢📉🏡💸📈

The only statistical differences in both areas came in closed sales and list price received. Stokesdale saw a 100% jump in closed sales, a major win for sellers, along with a 1.1% increase in list price received.🏠🤝💸📈
