I think it's very fitting that the Walk for Peace arrives in Greensboro on Martin Luther King Jr. Day! It is SO cold out there today and I hope those peaceful monks have an easy journey and are dressed in lots of layers!

OH MY!!! There is so much to say about this special property. I had the pleasure of representing both the sellers and the eventual buyers of this incredible estate. The sellers rode every up and down of the listing process with me like professional bull riders—facing challenges and disappointments with nothing but grace and patience. In the end, the RIGHT buyers came along with an amazing vision for the property. I can’t wait to see how they put their own stamp on it.

My favorite Christmas card this year! Clients from 30 years ago in Williamsburg, VA sent this thoughtful card. I helped them pick the perfect lot and floor plan for their growing family. They were some of the very first buyers in this new construction neighborhood and quickly became dear friends! I LOVE that they are still in that pretty house where many wonderful memories have been made over the past 30 years! Thank you, Gina and Conrad!
