Such an easy fix! All light fixtures in the house should have the same color, tone and wattage bulbs. Pretty simple! Oh! And all light bulbs should 🙈be working when a house is listed for sale.

How great is this sign??? I received the photo by text last week from a dear client that was in Asheville for a few nights. She is currently selling and buying simultaneously. It's DOUBLE duty taking on the selling of a house and a home purchase at the same time. My client is a rock star and has been extremely patient during this roller coaster ride called the Summer of 2026!! And I am happy to be seated along next to her!! 🎢
