At a multimillion-dollar price point, the arrival matters. The property presented a fifty-foot-wide lot, a heavily traveled road, and an early plan with a shared driveway and rear garage.

I envisioned something entirely different: a centered drive through a carriage garage, opening to a private European residence and pool beyond.

Same property. A completely different experience.
