My client spent almost a YEAR making offers… and almost lost this one over $2,000.”

They were sharp. Analytical. A true negotiator.
Didn’t need a home… they wanted the right one.

And that’s exactly why we kept missing.

❌ Perfect house, wrong location
❌ Perfect location, wrong house
❌ Deals blown up before we even got under contract
(lowballs, ego battles, trying to “win” instead of close)

Then we found it.

On the market longer than usual. Slightly overpriced. Opportunity.

We negotiated for over a week…
Back and forth… inch by inch…
And finally landed $33,000 under asking. On top of that… the seller was going to leave all appliances and some furniture!

Deal done, right?

Not even close.

Inspection issues hit.
We had to renegotiate.
And once again…

Everything almost fell apart over $2,000.

Emotions took over.
Both sides felt disrespected.
The deal stretched nearly 2 MONTHS past closing… on the verge of termination.

That’s where most deals die.

But here’s the difference:

When logic stopped working… I got creative.
When emotions got high… I stayed steady.
When both sides wanted to “win”… I found a way for both to feel right.

And we CLOSED.

💡 The lesson?
It’s not just about finding the deal…
It’s about holding it together when it starts falling apart.

That’s the difference the right agent makes.
