📦 Major Economic Development Coming to Terrell! 🚚

Terrell continues to attract major investment with the announcement of a new Amazon Distribution Center (ITX7).

The project, located at 3201 Airport Road, will include the construction of an approximately 1.16 million-square-foot regional distribution center, along with primary and secondary guard house facilities.

Project Highlights:

📐 1,160,399 Square Feet
💰 Estimated Investment: $98 Million
📅 Construction Begins: August 3, 2026
🎉 Estimated Completion: August 2, 2027

This project represents one of the largest commercial developments in the area and reflects the continued growth of Terrell and Kaufman County as a destination for logistics, distribution, and industrial investment. Developments of this scale have the potential to generate construction jobs, create long-term employment opportunities, and further strengthen the local economy.

We'll continue to follow the progress of this exciting project and provide updates as construction moves forward.
