Generate via SupraWEB
Tap More in the bottom right corner
Tap SUPRAWEB
Enter your eKEY Serial Number
Enter 4 digit pin code
Select SC – MLS of Greenville South Carolina
Tap Login
Tap Update Code
Generate via KIMvoice (Automated Phone System)
Call (888) 968-4032.
Press option 1 for update code
Enter your eKEY Serial Number followed by your four-digit pin code followed by the # key
Call or Email Greenville MLS

How to enter an Emergency Update Code
Once you have the emergency update code, open your eKey app.
Tap More in the bottom right corner
Tap About eKey App
Tap Emergency Update Code(in the center of the screen)
Enter the code you were given, tap blue Update button that appears after valid code has been entered
