The project began with the acquisition of a 3,500 sq. ft. former Bojangles and utilized the existing footprint to construct a brand-new Zaxby’s featuring a modern farmhouse design. From site repositioning to final delivery, every phase was guided by strategy, collaboration, and ex*****on.
