It’s been a week since the most exciting thing!
TLCox and Company officially opened last Tuesday, October 3rd. Please check out my website for all details at https://TLCOXandCOMPANY.com
RECAPPING THE EVENT…It was an amazing night with family, friends and respected colleagues to celebrate a page turned. Thank you to all of you that sent well wishes, flowers or came to celebrate with me.
A special thank you to my family and dear friends that supported my dreams, shared truths and offered advice and encouragement over the last 10 months:
Thank you to my sweet friend and colleague, Lynda Sams, for her support during a challenging time for me, all the while going through life challenges herself.
Cindy Robinson too for your friendship and being by my side at work and beyond. Together Cindy and I blazed a trail through the COVID years to open the office back up and create the hybrid environment to support 180 associates.
A special thank you to each of my art club friends, Edna Davis, Melissa Pinney, and Jennifer Clark. Our wine and paint Wednesday nights have been lifesaving and a great source of inspiration!
My friend, Beth Smith has been a faith guidepost for me. Sharing my two worlds, real estate and art, she understands my desire to join the two in some way that makes sense and has encouraged me to look beyond that normal and seek God’s blessing in it all.
My friend, Carol Simpson, with her wise counsel helped me to see the possibilities outside the box and was also reassuring to have faith in God’s plan and work in my life.
My friend and amazing creative genius, Randy Looper, who made sense of my split personality and multiple passions and has also encouraged me to follow the dream. Please visit at his handiwork at TLCOXndCOMPANY.com.
My friends and colleagues for collaboration on a new idea in the creation of “BO Collective” Sharon Gillespie, Mandy Chapman Crain, Lisa Alexander, Vicky Galloway Duke, Bert Karrer, and Angela Rodriquez.
My new friends at SPACES, Tay Munoz, and Bianca West for the delicious and beautiful presentation at the Grand Opening.
Another new friend, sharing the SPACES experience, Paul Antoniou, a creative resource for videography.
And thank you to a dear friend, Donna Horton, who provided all the TLCOX & CO swag that many took home last week. Donna is not only a friend, but also a past mentor, introducing me over 30 years ago (prior to entering the real estate business) to the whole prospect of entrepreneurism.
And speaking of people in my past that have had an impact on my life and finally the opening of TLCOX & COMPANY, thank you to several friends from my past that have believed in my visions along the way and supported my endeavors, no matter how crazy they might have seemed at the time.
Rhonda McKnight has been by my side, making sense of all the needs day to day, from the first day I stepped into Leadership in the RE/MAX days. I can’t say thank you big enough. You stayed in there with me, through all the ups and downs.
My friend, and real estate mogul and Breast Cancer Fund Raiser Queen in the upstate, Melissa Morrell. Your support means the world to me.
And past client (several times) and close friend, life coach, coffee shop talk friend, and my gentle soul friend, Chandra White.
I could go on and on.
All those who came to the TLCOX & COMPANY Grand Opening have been and continue to be an inspiration to me. No one succeeds alone. Remember that your personal touch, no matter how insignificant you may think it is, may ignite something extraordinary in someone else.
Love you, my friends!
Grow forward!
