Extremely upset to not receive any contact from a listing agent whose cell phone I left an important message on several hours ago telling him my pre-qualified clients were ready to put an offer in writing on his listing but had a couple of questions prior to doing so. Haven't heard a single word from the agent and my clients do not feel good about writing an offer until we heard from him. Do not understand why someone is in this business if you do not have the time to take care of listings. This is my bread and butter folks, and it's frustrating that some treat it like a hobby.
