Primary responsibilities will include minor plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry repairs. Russell Property Management will provide a work vehicle and tools.

The successful candidate should have the minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in property maintenance or general carpentry. We pay one half your BCBS medical insurance, free vision insurance, 80 hours paid vacation per year, and paid holidays. Hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.

The person in this position will assist the company accountant in entering payments for vendor bills, processing customer payments, reconciling bank statements and posting invoices for payment.

The successful candidate should have the minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting or accounts payable related work. QuickBooks experience is required.
