At the moment, I service the real estate industry with aerial photography and videography needs. There were three major components in developing the following rates: Average rates in Texas; level of knowledge and skills; and quality of equipment.

It is my personal goal and duty to continue improving in my art and to master the skills needed in providing the best service possible. With that being said, my rates will reflect and adjust in accordance to my developing level of knowledge and skills.

Welcome to my page! Here’s a little bit about myself and what I service:

My name is Juan. As of the date of this post, I am 26 years old and am currently employed as a deputy sheriff. I have been a deputy for about 3 years now! I was recently assigned to my departments drone unit, which lead to my interest in flying drones recreationally.

Initially, this hobby included taking aerial images and editing them for my pleasure. However, with a recent opportunity to photograph and video a listing, I swiftly took all the steps necessary to fly legally and take advantage of the moment to develop my portfolio!

I am part 107 certified and follow all FAA rules and regulations. I currently fly the DJI Mini 2 and hope to be able to upgrade in the near future. Currently, I service real estate agents with aerial photos and videos in Hunt County and surrounding counties. If you have any questions or want to inquire about my services, feel free to message me!

In an attempt to grow as a photographer and videographer, I welcome ALL feedback! Positive feedback helps me know what I’m doing right so I can continue servicing that.
