What an unforgettable night for Team Greenville!

At the 2024 Greenville Bridge Awards, our Meritage Homes sales and marketing teams were recognized with some of the industry’s highest honors — and I couldn’t be prouder.

I’m incredibly honored to have been named 2024 Sales Executive of the Year! It’s a true reflection of the incredible people I’m lucky to work alongside every day.

And the celebrations didn’t stop there:
• Sales Team of the Year (Second year in a row!)
• Sales Counselor of the Year – Wendy Hendrix

Our Marketing Team also shined, winning:
• Best Customer Engagement Marketing Program

It’s hard to believe it’s been almost a year since we moved into our new office. 🏢✨

This space marked a major milestone for Team Greenville — a shift from “little ol’ Greenville” to something bigger and bolder. It’s been incredible to see how much we’ve grown since making the move, and we’re just getting started.
