A little Heirloom update 💛

It’s hard to believe we started Heirloom almost one year ago, and since then we’ve seen so much growth and demand for the kind of hands-on help Heirloom Senior Transitions provides. We are humbled and grateful. 🫶🏻

So without further ado, meet our newest team member Sarah! She’s a mother of 4, South Carolina native, Realtor with Real Broker LLC, and part of our growing team expanding across the Carolinas. We’re so honored to be able to help even more families move into their next chapter with a little more peace and ease. 🫶🏻 Welcome Sarah!

This home purchased from a wonderful senior had not been updated since the 1950s, but it had been deeply loved for generations. Now a new family is making it their own by renovating, refreshing, and creating a place for their family to grow, while honoring all the good that lived here before them.

That’s one of our favorite parts of this work: watching a beloved home move from one chapter to the next.
