What a weekend! 🏡
We had almost 30 people come through our open house at 7474 Kendall St in just two hours — and I lost my voice somewhere in the middle of it (worth it).

Some of my favorite moments: meeting several neighbors who stopped by to see the renovation and got inspired for updates in their own homes, and getting to spend time with family members of the home's previous owners, who shared stories and photos from their 50 years there. Getting to hear the history of a home while showing its future is one of my favorite parts of this job.

On top of that, we had multiple interested buyer parties come through, and I got to team up with Brett Lane as our lender on-site answering questions in real time. Even with rates moving around this week, buyers are still out there and still serious — it was genuinely exciting to see so many people out looking at homes this weekend.

Come spend a chaotic (but very real) day in my life as a realtor. 🚗💨

Staging drop-offs, a contractor who nearly gave me a heart attack (but redeemed himself with McDonald's ☕🍟), open house signs, a forgotten Stanley, a new agent friend, and a full floor plan walkthrough — all before heading home.

This is the job nobody sees on Instagram. Some days are glamorous, some days are just a lot of driving and snacks. Either way, I love what I do. 🏡
